Background: Klebsiella pneumoniae is a bacterium that normally lives inside human intestines, where it doesn't cause disease. But if K. gets into other areas of the body, can lead to range illnesses, including pneumonia, bloodstream infections, meningitis, and urinary tract infections. The results have been obtained from some servers used in this study were gave poor good quality prediction. SWISS MODEL server more promising results. Validation was done for model by using QMEAN score ProSA server. 3D Refine Mod Refiner refinement. Finally, order revalidate themodel. .Conclusion: SwissMODEL three-dimensional structure an assumed protein sequence predicted via homology modeling, based mostly on alignments one or proteins with known structures. Following construction model, evaluated enhanced 3D-Structure modeling software, which developed University California, San Francisco (UCSF).
